Fantastic post. It is frustrating to see the general lack of understanding by people on social media that they are the news sources for their peers. Individuals don’t automatically see this as their role, and some share headlines and articles that catch their attention but are not from a reputable source or contain points of misinformation. I’m at a loss for how to completely stem that tide. However, I did write a post a while back about what individuals can do to take some more personal responsibility.
