Great post, Richard! I love reading your work. I’m in the same boat — trying to grow as a writer. Medium has been extremely useful in that regard.

But this is a good reminder for me to go one step further. Not only should I make sure that I’m not discouraging other readers, I need to be encouraging other readers as well. I want to help others move the needle. Great reminder!
